Overview of services

During the last few years we have helped various customers to build up their business from scratch. In new business development, as in all of the fields we deal with, we arrange our services in modules.
For example, not only can we help you to build your business up from scratch, but also to only develop certain subareas or to support you in the launching of a product. Using the trademark and preparations exchange you will find trademarks and products that you can include in your product portfolio without a time delay.

Trademark exchange

For more than 10 years we have regularly been producing the trademark exchange in which all the trademarks that have been registered with us for sale are listed by goods class.

Our main focus is upon the goods classes 3, 5, 29 and 30.

Do you require a trademark?
Please inform us for which product or goods class you require a trademark. We will make you an offer!

Would you yourself like to sell one or more trademarks?
We will be happy to include your trademark(s) in our ex-change free of charge if you inform us of the trademark name, index of goods and – if possible – your asking price.

The advantages for you:
Your offer will reach the right target group (pharmaceutical distribution companies); this service involves no costs for you.

We always have 200 – 300 trademarks in classes 1, 3, 5, 10, 29, 30, 31, 32, 35, 41 and 42 on offer.

Preparations exchange

For more than 20 years we have been producing a preparations exchange in which we publish all of the preparations that are registered with us for sale. Our exchange is listed according to the status of the individual preparations (e.g. approvals, dossiers, etc.) and is published three to four times a year.

Would you yourself like to sell one or more preparations?
We will be happy to include your preparations in our exchange free of charge if you inform us of the active ingredients, pharmaceutical form, status and, if possible, your asking price.

The advantages for you:
Your offer will reach the correct target group (pharma companies receive the preparations exchange) and does not involve costs for you.

The “preparations exchange” has been appearing as the offer paper for the pharmaceutical industry for 20 years; this medium is regularly used by managing directors and new business development managers to find new products and to sell approvals that are no longer being used. An electronic version of the preparations exchange appears on the internet; in addition to this, a printed edition is sent to pharmaceutical companies.

The preparations exchange contains many different sales offers for prescription-only preparations and OTC products, for fictitious approvals and approval dossiers; homeopathic products are also presented.

Publication in the preparations exchange is free of charge.

Function as product licence holder

Taking over of the function of the product licence holder

We also offer to take over the function of product licence holder permanently or for a limited period in the field of new business development. In certain cases, it can be useful to have the approval application submitted by a third party. There can be various reasons for choosing to apply for an approval through a third party:


An approval application should be submitted as quickly as possible, even if recognition as a pharmaceutical entrepreneur has not yet taken place and still needs time.

Second approval

Applying for a second approval through a service provider without having to go through an elaborate MRP process can be very effective.


Competitors should find out about planned marketing activities as late as possible.

Language barriers

The service provider but not the client has a command of the national language of a EU country in which an approval is to be applied for.

EU authorisation

Companies based outside the EU/EEC without a branch in the EU are not entitled to make an approval application in a EU country.

Setting up a pharmaceutical company

The setting up of a pharmaceutical company requires the production of many individual elements. In the past few years we have been able to support several companies in their founding as or diversification to become pharmaceutical entrepreneurs. Different requirements need to be taken into account, depending on the orientation of the planned distribution activity and distribution region. We therefore produce for you an individual plan for implementation, based upon your needs. This includes, among other things, the setting up of an SOP system, the assignment of the responsible persons in accordance with German and European law, such as e.g. in Germany, the phased plan officer according to § 63a AMG, the information officer according to § 74a AMG. So that the work processes are lived by your employees, we train them either on site or digitally.
